New 2016 Sunncamp Inflatable Awning Range (Preview)

Sunncamp’s award winning AirVolution awnings don’t come much simpler than the new Super Swift Air range. The Sunncamp Super Swift Air’s all exploit the new ProTec300D fabric with a massive Hydrostatic Head of 6000mm. Available in three widths they all extend 2.4m off your caravan giving plenty of usable living space with a light and airy feel.

The Super Swift 260 Air is a delight to pitch, with a single curved inflatable tube common to the entire Super Swift range. When you need a little more space the Super Swift 325 Air gives a full 3.25m wide living space, ideal for the whole family. When bigger is even better, the Sunncamp Super Swift 390 Air offers the largest footprint in the Super Swift Air awning range with a span of 3.9m – large enough for everyone. Designed for caravan awning rail heights of between 235-250cm and include Rear Upright Poles, Storm Mate Buckles and Storm Straps together with an appropriate draught skirt and breathable groundsheet, they all have side access doors, internal window blinds and top eave ventilation.

Sunncamp Advance Air

Visually striking with real head turning looks the brand new Sunncamp Advance Air awnings bring together a fabulous mix of traditional design with the simplicity of AirVolution inflatable technology. 

The Sunncamp Advance Air 390 has clearly been well thought out, with very upright clean lines – all the interior living space is at a usable head height, clutter free and feels ultra spacious. Constructed using the new ProTec300D heavy duty fabric and boasting a superb Hydrostatic Head of 6000mm, the Advance Air is well suited to our temperate climate and the most demanding of campers. Dominating the large removable front panel is a superb central window offering excellent light and external views. Above the front facing multi function window is a built in mesh ventilation panel keeping the awnings living space fresh and airy. An integrated front sun canopy provides shade and protection from the elements and is cleverly complimented by two small high level side wings.

The Sunncamp Advance Air has two huge side panels, each with its own window and access door. The sides can also be completely removed allowing for an optional bedroom annexe to be attached, increasing your sleeping accommodation or for secure storage. The awning has a projection of 2.4m from your caravan allowing for plenty of entertaining space. Storm Buckles and Storm Straps together with Rear Upright Poles and a suitable draught skirt complete this excellent package.

Despite their impressive size, the Sunncamp Advance 390 Air is quick and easy to pitch – by removing the front and side panels it is also possible to minimise the weight of the awning when threading it onto your caravan awning rail.

Sunncamp Inceptor 390 Air Plus

Updated and improved for 2016, the Inceptor 390 Air Plus also benefits from the fantastic ProTec300D heavy duty fabric, giving this already superb awning a luxurious look and feel. The Inceptor 390 Air Plus utilises the same clever design used on last year’s model which enabled Sunncamp to make this bay fronted Inceptor 390 Air Plus a full 325cm Deep; 75cm deeper than a normal caravan porch awning. 

This extra space really does make a huge difference and with a more upright awning design, the full awning footprint becomes usable. Plenty of room for a table and four chairs with room to spare; in fact enough room for the largest family. As with any awning of this size supporting the roof span is essential and to this end Sunncamp include a set of inflatable air storm bars - brilliant when the weather turns inclement or in coastal site locations. Simply inflate and insert between the main air poles for additional strength and support. Additional pockets are also available should further support be required.

From the outside the Sunncamp Inceptor 390 Air Plus is a real head turner with its distinctive bay fronted design. Three large front panels with big clear windows are capped with three matching roof lights which allow plenty of light into the awnings interior and a few of the stars at night. All three front panels can be completely removed or rolled half way down to form a veranda style front (veranda pole is included). Both sides have a large removable panel which can be zipped out to provide a good sized entrance door or rolled up to form large sun canopies. With three large windows on the front, the Sunncamp Inceptor 390 Air offers excellent view from inside. As all the awning panels can be either rolled up or removed completely, the entire awning can be opened up to produce a massive 325cm x 390cm open plan party shelter should you need to entertain the whole camp site. Mesh screen panels are also provided which can be zipped in place of the three front panels to provide an open fronted awning whilst keeping the bugs out, this is really useful on warm summer evenings.

The Sunncamp Inceptor 390 Air Plus can also be equipped with optional Sunncamp Air Annexe' - an annexe can be fitted to either side (or both if required) when the side panel has been zipped out. The Air Annexe simply zips into place make the perfect two berth bedroom made from the same tough materials and matching the awning perfectly. Additional an inner tent is now available for the living area should you need even more sleeping space.

Sunncamp Ultima Air Super Deluxe

Available in both a 390cm and 280cm width, the Sunncamp Ultima Air Super Deluxe is yet another awning to benefit from Sunncamp’s ProTec300D material. One of the most successful inflatable porch awnings – the Sunncamp Ultima Air Super Deluxe just keeps getting better. Now with a new veranda option on the side door, new hanging points for an optional inner tent and a zip in/out side mesh panel the 2016 model is sure to be a best seller.

As with other awnings in this range, the Sunncamp Ultima Air Super Deluxe has a fabulous look and feel, with exceptional fabric durability and awesome weather resistance thanks to the amazing 6000mm Hydrostatic Head. Sunncamp Swift Air

Now available in four different sizes, the new Sunncamp Swift range now includes a Swift 220 Air Plus, Swift 260 Air Plus, Swift 325 Air and the largest Swift 390 Air. All four models are extremely easy to pitch and compact to store. The Swift 220 Air and Swift 260 Air are both made from tough 150D Polyester materials with a huge 6000mm Hydrostatic Head – the larger Swift 325 Air and brand new Swift 390 Air are further improved with 150D RipStop Polyester fabric making them stronger and more durable.

All Swift Air awnings have a single curved span front aspect with a large central front window. They all benefit from side access doors and eave high level ventilation panels which help keep the awning light and airy inside. Reinforced storm buckles and guylines make the awning very stable even during inclement weather conditions and optional air storm bars can be added where extra support is required for example on coastal pitches. Sunncamp Ultima Classic Air

There is little doubt that the Sunncamp Ultima is one of the most recognisable caravan awnings ever made.
