Designed for durability and comfort, this model now features the lightweight yet robust Weathershield™ Tour 300D ripstop polyester, replacing the traditional heavy-duty polycotton. This advanced material is both UV-resistant and waterproof, ensuring long-lasting performance even in challenging weather conditions.

With its modern aesthetic upgrades, the Residence Tour features larger panoramic windows for a bright and spacious feel inside, enhanced by the contemporary 3-sided wet-weather canopy, which provides extra protection. The breathable roof lining and waterproof footprint come standard with this model, adding to the overall comfort and convenience.

The dope-dyed fabric technology reduces fading over time, maintaining the awning’s vibrant look and offering an eco-friendly benefit by using up to 80% less water in the manufacturing process.
